Former Judge Maxwell E. Davison has been legal counsel for PBS39 for over twenty years, and recently handled all the legal work involved in the complicated acquisition, construction and financing of the new public broadcasting center located in the SteelStax area of the south side of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Both Dennis M. McCarthy and Mark D. Aurand were also involved in this project, assisting former Judge Davison with related matters.
