Our attorneys have served or are currently serving in positions as Township Solicitor; Assistant City Solicitor; Parking Authority Solicitor; Outside Counsel to a City in complex pension litigation; Special Counsel to Police and Fire Civil Service Commissions; and Solicitor to Water and Sewer Authorities.
In particular, Daniel K. McCarthy currently serves on the Lehigh County Board of Commissioners (first elected in 2001). Mr. McCarthy is also chairman of the Allentown Zoning Hearing Board, and previously served on the Allentown Historical and Architectural Review Board. Andrew V. Schantz currently serves as Solicitor for a local area township.
